4. Acceptable Use — Don’t break laws, harm the platform or access other users’ data.
5. IP — All code, graphics and content belong to Aimay Limited or its licensors.
6. Disclaimer — Services are provided “as is,” with no warranties.
7. Liability — We’re not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Maximum liability is £100 or what you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination — We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.
9. Law — Governed by English law; courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
